Generally, candidates are in good health, at a stable weight, and have realistic goals. Any medical conditions or medications must be disclosed during the consultation so that risks can be effectively managed.

Dr. Suthat will review goals and medical history, perform a facial/body assessment, and explain suitable options (including non-surgical alternatives), expected results, risks, and recovery. Where appropriate, clinical photography and 3D simulation are used. You’ll receive a tailored plan and a transparent quote.

Yes, remote case review can be arranged via Yanhee’s coordinators; however, a final in-person assessment is required before surgery.

Yes. After case-by-case review of records, photos, and examination, a staged plan may be recommended for safety.

Recovery time varies by procedure and individual healing. Light desk work is often possible within 1–2 weeks for many facial procedures and 2–3 weeks for body procedures; strenuous activity takes longer. If you’re traveling, plan to stay locally for early follow-ups; your surgeon will advise on safe timelines for flights.

All surgery carries risks such as bleeding, infection, delayed healing, asymmetry, numbness, or need for revision. Safety is prioritised through board-certified surgical care, accredited hospital facilities, specialist anaesthesia, evidence-based protocols, and careful screening and aftercare.

Pricing depends on the procedure and complexity. Your written quote typically includes surgeon’s fee, anaesthesia, operating theatre/hospital fees, implants (if used), garments, and routine follow-ups. Additional treatments, travel, or extended aftercare are itemised separately. A clear revision policy and timeframe are discussed in advance.

Most facial bone work (gonioplasty, malarplasty, genioplasty) uses intraoral incisions; any external incisions are minimised and discussed in advance.
